AWARD-WINNING SERVICE AND STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES All orders will be charged delivery, 8.25% tax and 20% service charge.

  • Priceless Caterings servers, bartenders, chefs and support staff are all professionals who take a great deal of pride in their work. Appropriately attired, we execute each event with style, panache and professionalism. We recommend the following staffing:

    Based on a minimum 5 hours. Any additional hours will be billed accordingly. Our Priceless team will arrive at least 2 hours prior to the event and 1 hour after the event to set up and break down.

  • Bartender

    Responsible for serving guests choice of cocktails with professional service. Stock beers and wines and replenish items when needed. Keeps the bar area neat and clean.

  • Service Team

    Event Supervisor/Lead – Will create and follow timeline for all staff, coordinate everything with the actual venue, manage all aspects of the event on site for flawless execution and coordinate with client to help with any particular needs.

  • Servers

    Responsible for passing hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, executing the style of service and clean up throughout the evening. Attentive to all guests needs. The Servers will maintain the integrity of the event with flawless execution. Clean up at the end of event.

  • Chef and Culinary Team

    Priceless Execution – Will assemble and make items fresh on site.

  • Staffing

    You will require one staff member per 25 guests for an event, with a minimum of 3 staff members.

  • Cake Cutting

    With a staffed reception, this is a complimentary service offered by Priceless Caterings.
